This presentation highlights the critical, yet frequently overlooked, role of dental professionals in identifying incidental findings, including those that extend beyond the area of interest and oral health. Panoramic radiographs and CBCTs routinely reveal red flags with possible systemic implications – findings that may require timely action or referral.
