Fellowship

The FRCDC and MRCDC designations continue to be a source of pride as well as a distinction that sets a dental specialist apart. Since being a Fellow or Member within the College is optional, dental specialists who have earned it, have demonstrated a higher level of commitment to their specialty and have shown that they are individuals who strive for excellence in every facet of their professional lives.

A Fellow of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada means a person who has met the conditions for membership in the Corporation as determined by the Board, and uses the designation FRCDC.

A Member of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada means a person who has met the conditions for membership in the Corporation as determined by the Board, and who uses the designation MRCDC.

A Life Fellow means a Fellow, or Charter Fellow who is fully retired from active practice and has been exempted from paying membership dues by the Board.
