Annual Dues – Payment instructions

In order to remain in good standing, Fellows and Members must complete the payment of their annual dues before January 1st of each year.

Payments can be made in one of two ways:

Option 1 – Interac e-transfer

Transfers must be made to payments@rcdc.ca from Canadian bank accounts only. A confirmation email will be sent within 2 business days.

Option 2 – credit card

  1. Sign in to your account at rcdc.imiscloud.com
    • For security reasons, a maximum of 3 sign-in attempts are authorised with incorrect credentials, after which the account will be locked
    • Please use the Forgot password? link below the login button to reset the password, if necessary
  2. Click Renew now on the left
    • If you wish to make a donation, please enter the amount
    • When you are ready, click Update cart
  3. Select from one of the two Membership payment options
    • If you prefer to make a one-time payment for your current invoice only, please select the default Single payment option
    • By popular demand, we are pleased to offer the option of automatic payments of annual dues. To enable the autopay feature, please select Automatically pay future renewals. Your credit card information will be securely encrypted and saved to your profile
  4. Fill in your credit card information and click Submit Order
    • If you would like to keep your credit card information securely encrypted and saved to your profile, select Save payment details for use in future purchases
    • Please note that this option will not sign you up for automatic payments of your annual dues. To sign up for autopay, please select the Automatically pay future renewals option
