Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is a unique and special place for children and adolescents with complex medical issues. The dental clinic plays a crucial role in the management of patients with special needs, cleft lip/palate, congenital deformities and acquired problems. Headed by an extremely skilled prosthodontist and staffed with orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and oral and maxillofacial surgeons, the team involves themselves in amazing care for these wonderful kids. This presentation will showcase the work being performed and hopes to engage the viewer in strategies to support and/or manage these cases.
