The Royal College of Dentists of Canada was established by an Act of Parliament in 1965 to promote the high standards of specialization in the dental profession. RCDC has remained true to its initial vision through the administration of a high-caliber examination that is a requirement to gain Fellowship within the College and permits qualified dental specialists to use the designation of FRCDC or MRCDC.
